08:00 - 12:00 (Space Only Stands - Main contractors)
12:00 - 18:00 (Shell scheme and Space only stands - Dressing)
All space only stands must have completed construction by 12:00hrs on Tuesday 4th June.
Exhibition:
Wednesday 5 June 2024
10:00 - 20:00 (Exhibitor early access from 09:00 am)
19:00 - 23:30: Networking Party
Thursday 6 June 2024
08:30 - 16:30
Dismantling:
Thursday 6 June 2024
17:00 - 19:00 (All Stands)
19:00 - 22:00 (Space Only Stands)

It is a contractual requirement that your stand is not dismantled in any way or products removed and remains manned until the show closes at 17:00. Contractors will only be granted access to the hall once it is clear of all visitors.

Deadlines
Order deadline: 10 working days before the start of the actual work.
Arrival deadline for Roadfreight: 3 working days before start of the build-up period.
Arrival deadline for Airfreight: 5 working days before the build-up of the show.
Arrival deadline for Seafreight: 10 working days before start of the build-up period.
Direct deliveries are not possible!
